01Who we are
AdScaleLabs LLC ("AdScaleLab", "we", "us") is a Florida limited liability company operating from 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210 Office 1722, Orlando, FL 32819. We supply Google Ads agency accounts to media buyers. This policy covers any data we collect through adscalelab.com, dashboard.adscalelab.com, email, and Telegram conversations in the course of providing our service.
02What we collect
Account information
When you sign up for a dashboard account we collect your email address, your chosen password (stored only as a one-way bcrypt hash — we never see it in plain text), your Telegram username, and your company name. This is the minimum we need to identify you and communicate with you.
Order information
For each order you place, we collect: the destination URL the account will advertise, the account nickname you choose, the timezone, whether you want the account placed on an MCC, any Gmail addresses you request be granted access, and the USDT-TRC20 transaction hash you submit as payment proof.
Technical information
When you use the dashboard we record standard technical information — IP address, browser and operating system, and timestamps of key events like sign-in and payment submission — for security and fraud prevention. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Communications
Messages you send us through the contact form, email, or Telegram are retained so we can refer back to them for support. We do not mine these conversations for marketing.
03What we don't collect
- Credit card or bank details — all payments are on the Tron blockchain, we never see payment card data.
- Government-issued ID, SSN, or equivalent documents.
- Third-party tracking cookies, pixels, or analytics scripts.
- Browsing behavior outside of AdScaleLab's own sites.
04How we use your data
We use what we collect only for the purposes that make the service work:
- To create and manage your dashboard account, authenticate you, and secure the account.
- To fulfill orders — provision accounts, grant requested access, top up balances, publish suspension status.
- To verify on-chain payments and reconcile them with orders.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To send you transactional email about your orders (payment received, account delivered, refund processed).
- To comply with our legal obligations under Florida and U.S. federal law.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share it for advertising. We do not train AI models on your data.
05Who sees your data
Your data is visible to:
- AdScaleLab staff — employees who process orders, grant account access, and provide support. Access is limited to what each role needs.
- Google — inherent to the service, the Gmail addresses you ask us to grant access to become collaborators on Google Ads accounts. Google's own privacy terms apply to those accounts.
- Service providers — Namecheap (hosting), Google Cloud (Sheets API storage for our ops), any payment infrastructure we operate. These providers are bound by their own privacy terms and we choose them for their security posture.
- Law enforcement or courts — only when we are legally required to disclose data under a valid subpoena or court order issued in a jurisdiction we operate in.

07Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your dashboard account is active. If you request a full refund and close your account, your private workspace is archived for 24 months after closure (for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes) and then permanently deleted. If you stop using the dashboard without closing the account, we retain your data indefinitely so you can come back — you can ask us to delete it any time.
08Your rights
You can request at any time, free of charge:
- A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of any data that's wrong.
- Deletion of your account and associated data (subject to retention obligations for on-chain records, which we cannot delete).
- An explanation of how any piece of your data is being used.
Email support@adscalelab.com from the address registered on your account. We respond within 5 business days.
09Cookies
We use a single type of cookie: a first-party session cookie that keeps you logged in. It is strictly necessary for the dashboard to function. It expires when you sign out or after 7 days of inactivity (30 days with "remember me"). We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.
10Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage. Sessions are protected with secure, HTTP-only cookies. The dashboard is served over HTTPS. We apply rate limiting on sign-in and OTP endpoints. Despite our efforts, no system is perfectly secure — you should use a unique, strong password for AdScaleLab and never reuse one from another service.
11Children
AdScaleLab is a business service intended for commercial use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we'll remove the account.
12International clients
Our servers and company are in the United States. If you use AdScaleLab from outside the U.S., your data is transferred to the U.S. for processing. By using the service you consent to this transfer.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
