01The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "Client") and AdScaleLabs LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating as AdScaleLab ("we", "us", "AdScaleLab"). By creating an account at dashboard.adscalelab.com, placing an order, or using any AdScaleLab service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02What we provide
AdScaleLab supplies fresh Hong Kong Google Ads agency accounts ("Accounts") to media buyers, and provides top-up services to fund those Accounts with advertising budget. We also provide a self-serve dashboard through which you can order Accounts, top up balances, request access for additional Gmail addresses, and view your balances and order history.
We are an independent agency account supplier. We are not Google, not affiliated with Google, and not an authorized Google reseller. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC and its use on this site is nominative only.
03Eligibility
To use AdScaleLab you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
- Be using the service for legitimate commercial advertising activity.
- Provide accurate, truthful information when signing up and when placing orders.
- Keep your dashboard credentials confidential and not share your login with anyone outside your organization.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including those governing online advertising.
We may refuse service or close an account at our discretion if we reasonably believe any of these conditions are not met.
04Account creation and security
You create a dashboard account with an email, password, Telegram handle, and company name. We verify your email by one-time code before the account becomes active. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify support@adscalelab.com immediately and we will freeze the account while we investigate.
05Orders and pricing
Buy Accounts
New Accounts are priced at $50 per Account. A volume discount applies at 5 or more Accounts in a single order, reducing the per-Account price to $45. Prices are in U.S. dollars and payable in USDT on the TRC20 network.
Topup
Top-ups have a minimum of $10. A processing fee of 3% is added on top of the amount you want credited to the Account. The dashboard shows the fee breakdown and the total USDT amount before you confirm. Topups are applied to a specific CID that you select at order time.
No card payments
We accept USDT-TRC20 only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, or other payment methods. This is intentional — it eliminates chargeback fraud and aligns with how our clients operate.
06Payment and verification
When you place an order, the dashboard displays a TRC20 wallet address and the exact USDT amount. You send the payment, then paste the transaction hash into the dashboard. Our operations team reviews the hash on-chain and either confirms or rejects it. Reasons for rejection include:
- Wrong wallet address (we have separate wallets for Buy and Topup).
- Amount doesn't match (too little).
- Hash has already been submitted for another order.
- Transaction is unconfirmed or failed on-chain.
- Hash is invalid or fabricated.
Once confirmed, the order moves to fulfillment. We do not begin provisioning Accounts or crediting balances until payment is confirmed.
07Delivery
We aim to deliver new Accounts within 4 hours of payment confirmation during business hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 ET). Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next business morning. Topups are credited the same day they are confirmed.
Delivery times are best-effort. Occasional delays happen due to Google's provisioning queues, ops team availability, or public holidays. We do not offer service-level guarantees on delivery time.
08Suspensions and non-replacement
When we detect a suspension we mark the Account as suspended in your dashboard with a brief remark explaining what we've found. We do not replace suspended Accounts. The $50 Account purchase fee is not refundable in case of suspension. This is a known and priced-in risk of Google Ads account supply — it applies industry-wide.
At our discretion and subject to verification, we may move the unused balance from a suspended Account to another active Account on the same dashboard. Contact support to request this.
09Refunds
Our detailed refund rules are in the Refund Policy. Summary:
- Full refund available within 7 days of your first purchase.
- Requires full closure of your AdScaleLab relationship.
- You receive unused ad balance plus 2% of topup fees. Account purchase fees are non-refundable.
- The $50 per-Account purchase fee is never refundable.
10Acceptable use
You agree not to use AdScaleLab Accounts to advertise or promote:
- Content that is illegal in the jurisdiction you are targeting.
- Child sexual abuse material, bestiality, or non-consensual pornography.
- Terrorism, violent extremism, or incitement to violence.
- Fraud or scams, including phishing, romance fraud, and fake investment schemes.
- Malware, ransomware, or other malicious software distribution.
- Trafficking in persons, weapons, or controlled substances in violation of applicable law.
You also agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the dashboard, and not to use the service in any manner that would bring AdScaleLab into disrepute.
Violation of this section is grounds for immediate closure of your account without refund.
11Intellectual property
The AdScaleLab name, logo, dashboard, and website content are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them for your own purposes. The Accounts we supply remain subject to Google's own terms — you are responsible for complying with Google Ads policies when you advertise.
12Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Accounts will remain unsuspended, that campaigns will achieve any particular result, or that the dashboard will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total amount you paid to AdScaleLab in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AdScaleLab harmless from any claim, loss, or liability (including legal fees) arising out of your use of Accounts in violation of these Terms, Google Ads policies, or applicable law.
15Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@adscalelab.com. We may terminate your account if you breach these Terms, use Accounts for prohibited activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Termination follows the offboarding process described in the Refund Policy: Accounts are disabled, balances are calculated, your workspace is archived.
16Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
17Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email to active clients at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
