Refund policy.

Clear rules, clear math, written down so nobody has to argue about them later.

01Who this applies to

This policy applies to every client of AdScaleLabs LLC ("AdScaleLab", "we", "us") who purchases Google Ads agency accounts or tops up existing accounts through the AdScaleLab dashboard at dashboard.adscalelab.com.

By placing an order you agree to these refund terms. They form part of our full Terms of Service.

02Refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first purchase. After day 7, refunds are no longer available.

The window is counted from the date of your first completed payment — not from each subsequent topup.

03What's refundable and what isn't

Unused ad balance Yes Whatever balance remains on your CIDs at the time of closure is returned in full.
Topup processing fee Partially You paid 3% on top of every topup. On refund we return 2% of the topup amount. We retain 1% to cover processing.
Per-account purchase fee ($50) No The one-time $50 (or $45 bulk) per-account fee is not refundable under any circumstance.
TRC20 network fee No The blockchain gas fee on the outgoing refund transaction is paid from the refund amount, not added on top.

04The math, worked through

Example: You buy 2 accounts at $50 each, then top up $200 on each account. You paid $100 for the accounts and $412 for the topups (topup + 3% fee). On day 5 you request a full refund. At that point neither account has spent anything — both have $200 unused.

Breakdown of what comes back:

  • Unused ad balance: $400 ($200 × 2 accounts)
  • Returned portion of topup fee: $8 (2% of $400 topup volume)
  • Account purchase fee: $0 (non-refundable)
  • Total refund: $408, minus the TRC20 network fee on the outgoing transaction.

If accounts had spent some of their balance before refund, only the unused portion is returned — we don't refund spend that already went to Google.

05Full closure is required

A refund is not partial. When you request one, we close your relationship with AdScaleLab entirely:

  1. All accounts under your dashboard are disabled and any running campaigns are stopped.
  2. Your unused balances across all accounts are calculated and added up.
  3. We apply the 2% return on topup fees and send the total to the TRC20 wallet you provide at refund time.
  4. Your dashboard login is deactivated.
  5. Your private workspace tab is archived for our records but removed from the live sheet.
  6. You receive a final confirmation email.

If you later want to work with us again, you're welcome to sign up fresh — but the previous balance and history stay archived.

06How to request a refund

Contact us on Telegram at @darwindiggers or email support@adscalelab.com from the same email address registered on your AdScaleLab dashboard.

Include:

  • Your registered email
  • The TRC20 wallet address you want the refund sent to
  • A brief reason — this helps us improve, but it's optional

We acknowledge refund requests within one business day and typically complete the payout within 2–3 business days of confirmation.

07Suspensions are not refundable

If an account is suspended by Google — for policy violations, billing issues, or any other reason — we do not refund the $50 account purchase fee and we do not replace the account. This is stated up front at the time of purchase and is a known risk of any Google Ads account supply arrangement.

Unused ad balance on a suspended account can still be moved to another one of your active accounts at our discretion, subject to verification. Contact support to discuss.

08Chargebacks

All payments are made in USDT on TRC20 — there is no card or PayPal, and therefore no chargeback mechanism. Disputes are handled directly through our support channels. Attempting to reverse a confirmed on-chain payment through any other means is a breach of our Terms and will result in immediate closure of your account without refund.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in effect on the date of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. Material changes are communicated by email to active clients at least 14 days before they take effect.
