What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your work email, company name, and Telegram handle. When you place orders, we collect the destination URLs you submit, your TRC20 wallet addresses, and transaction hashes. We do not collect government IDs, credit card numbers, or banking details, because we don't process card payments.

How we use it

Your email is used for OTP verification, order notifications, and account-related updates. Your wallet addresses are used to verify USDT payments via TronScan and to process refunds. Your URLs are reviewed by our team and shared with our agency partners for account creation. Your Telegram handle is shown only to your assigned account manager.

Who we share with

We share specific data with specific parties for specific purposes:

• Destination URL goes to the agency partner whose account you're buying
• Wallet address goes to TronScan (public blockchain anyway)
• Email is used by our transactional email provider for OTP and notifications

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not provide it to data brokers.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie for keeping you signed in to the dashboard. We don't run third-party analytics that profile you across sites. We don't use Facebook or Google retargeting pixels on the marketing site.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion request, account records are anonymized but transaction history is retained for 7 years for tax and audit compliance. You can request a copy or deletion at any time via the contact email below.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, and request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations). Contact us using the email below to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions are HTTPS-only with secure cookies. Our database is hosted on a managed provider with daily backups. We don't store payment-card data because we don't accept card payments. USDT transactions are public on the blockchain by design.

International transfers

AdScaleLabs LLC is a US entity. By using our service, you consent to data being processed in the US and, where required for operations, in the UK where part of our team operates.

Children

AdScaleLab is a business service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we'll delete the account.
