Refund Policy.

What's refundable
- Unspent topup balance sitting on an active account can be refunded at any time. Submit the refund request from your dashboard. Funds returned to the wallet you originally paid from within 1 business day.
- Reserve credit built up from suspended accounts or transferred from closed accounts can be withdrawn at any time. Same 1 business day processing.
- Topup fee proportional to refund. If you topped up $1,000 with a 5% fee and refund $400 unused, you're refunded $400 minus the proportional fee that applied to that unused portion.
What's not refundable
- Account setup fees. The per-account opening fee is non-refundable once we attempt account creation. This holds whether the platform approves the URL or rejects it. Our cost is incurred regardless.
- Topup fees on spent budget. If you topped up $500 and spent it all, the topup fee is consumed. Only the unspent portion's proportional fee can be refunded.
- Already-spent ad budget. Money the ad platform has billed against your campaign is gone. We have no way to claw it back from Google, Meta, etc.
- Accounts terminated for policy violations. If your account was banned because you violated the platform's policies, no setup-fee refund. Unspent budget at time of termination, if recoverable, is credited to your reserve.
How replacements work
Replacement is separate from refunds. If your account is banned and you were operating in compliance with the platform's policies, we replace the account at no setup-fee charge. The replacement uses the same destination URL approval that was already done. You don't pay a second setup fee. You do retain whatever unspent budget the original account had.
Reserve system
Every client has a reserve balance per network. Money never disappears in our system. Suspended account balance → reserve. Topup overage → reserve. Refund cancellation → reserve. You can withdraw from reserve to your wallet anytime, or transfer between accounts within the same network. Reserve credit doesn't expire.
URL rejection cases
If you submit a URL during signup, pay the setup fee, and the URL fails platform pre-approval, no setup-fee refund is issued. We pre-screen URLs at signup to minimize this. If we know the URL won't pass before you pay, we tell you and let you submit a different URL. Once you've paid and we've engaged the agency for account creation, the cost is committed.
Disputes
If you disagree with how a refund was processed, contact support@adscalelab.com with your order ID. We'll review and respond within 3 business days. If we determined incorrectly, we'll make it right.
Chargebacks
We don't accept card payments, so traditional chargebacks don't apply. USDT transactions are final on the blockchain. If you have a refund request, contact us first. We respond fast and we're reasonable.
